We are very excited about the renovations and upgrades that we
have planned for 2011. By physically improving our properties
we not only increase the value of the real estate but also create
tenant satisfaction. Many of our improvements such as
lighting retrofits will decrease expenses and parallel the efforts
we have as a company to go "Green." Among others, some
additional improvements include upgrading fire panel systems,
repair/replace HVAC units, signage, upgrading life safety systems,
and add additional on-site security monitoring systems. We
