We continue to incorporate LEED (Leading Energy and Efficiency
Design) standards. This process promotes the energy reduction
in both new and old buildings and parallels the effort of going
"Green." Through this process, properties are more likely to
be eligible for Energy Star Awards, and can usually see drastic
reductions in energy expenses.
