Hartman Income REIT buys Plano’s Prestonwood retail center

Houston-based Hartman Income REIT Inc. has acquired the two-building, 101,167-square-foot Prestonwood Parks Shopping Center at the northeast corner of Park Boulevard and Midway Road in Plano.

The financial details of the acquisition were not released.

Prestonwood Parks Shopping Center is 68.5 percent occupied. Lead tenants include Cedar’s Woodfire Grill, Sprint Nextel    , Subway, Domino’s Pizza and Sally’s Beauty Supply.
