hiring of Steve Bryant to the position of Executive V.P. - Leasing.
Immediately prior to joining Hartman Income REIT, Mr. Bryant worked
for Moody Rambin Interests for 5 years and prior to that was a SR
V.P. at RM Crowe. At Crowe, Steve was responsible for supervising a
staff of leasing agents while marketing and leasing an office
building portfolio of 2.5 million square feet. Steve has nearly 30
years experience in the commercial real estate industry including
leasing, property management and development. He is a licensed real
estate broker and a member of the Greater Houston Partnership
