Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc., a 37-year leader in Texas commercial real estate, announced Angel Gonzales as the new Director of Operations for Property Management.
Angel Gonzales joins Hartman with more than 27 years of experience managing properties nationwide.
Prior to joining Hartman, Mr. Gonzales managed commercial portfolios as large as 242 properties with locations in all 50 states. Mr. Gonzales previously worked for several Fortune 500 companies and other industry leaders, including Johnson Controls, Hewlett Packard and Kellogg Brown & Root (formerly MW Kellogg). Mr. Gonzales served in the United States Marine Corps prior to joining the civilian workforce in 1993 and was honorably discharged after reaching Corporal.
During his previous experiences, Mr. Gonzales managed a capital improvement budget of $6.5 million, and an annual operating budget of $3.8 million.

Mr. Gonzales has a long history of volunteerism and currently serves as Vice President of the board of directors for the High School Band Booster Board at Kempner High School in Sugar Land, Texas and previously served on the board of three nonprofit organizations.
