Hartman Hires Patrick Windley, Vice President of Acquisition and Leasing
Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc. has hired Patrick Windley as the new Vice President of Acquisitions and Leasing.
Patrick Windley brings to Hartman Income REIT over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining Hartman, Mr. Windley spent 12 years at Schostak Brothers & Company, a leading private real estate development, investment, and operating company. During his time at Schostak, Mr. Windley’s roles included Senior Vice President of Acquisitions, Senior Vice President of Management and Leasing, Chief Operating Officer of the company’s Shadow-Anchored Centers Division, and he was a member of the Executive Committee and the Investment Committee. Under Mr. Windley’s leadership, the company acquired 80 properties in 24 states.
Previously, Mr. Windley was a founding principal at Grubb & Ellis|Adena Realty Advisors, which is now the Colliers International affiliate in Columbus, Ohio. He worked for the Prudential Realty Group as an analyst and a member of their three-person national transactions team, which handled all real estate transactions over $50 million in value. Mr. Windley also served as Vice President, Commercial Real Estate Lending at Bank One (now JPMorgan Chase).
Mr. Windley has been directly involved in more than $3.5 billion of real estate transactions.
Mr. Windley is a cum laude graduate of Miami University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He received his MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, where he attended on a full University Fellowship.
