Leasing Agent is Announced for Hartman in Dallas

DALLAS, TX, August 22, 2013 : Hartman Income REIT, a leading Real Estate Investment Trust company headquartered in Houston, Texas announces the hiring of Jessica Myhre to the position of Leasing Agent.

Jessica brings to Hartman 6 years of Commercial Real Estate experience.  Beginning her career with CB Richard Ellis, Ms. Myhre worked as a lease analyst on the Baylor Health Care Account in Dallas, TX. After 3 years with CBRE, Jessica continue her Dallas real estate career and accepted a leasing agent job with Boxer Property Management Corporation.  While at Boxer for three years,  Jessica focused on project leasing, both REO asset and distressed third party,  office, industrial and medical buildings, trained new employees in Dallas, and was quickly promoted to Senior Leasing Agent. Jessica is a member of North Texas Associate of Commercial Realtors, MetroTex Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.  Jessica graduated in 2007 from Texas Tech University with her degree in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis.  While in college, she obtained her Texas Real Estate Salesperson license, and then obtained her Broker’s license.  

Jessica will be the Leasing Agent for the portfolio in Dallas and Richardson, containing three office buildings. These buildings include 17300 Dallas Parkway, 2155 Chenault Drive, and 1055 South Sherman.
