Lynna Smith Joins Hartman’s Leasing Team
Lynna Smith, Dallas Leasing Agent
Lynna Smith was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. After graduating from Texas A&M, with a degree in engineering technology, Ms. Smith worked with Honeywell, Inc. as a client retention specialist servicing commercial real estate properties.
Ms. Smith’s career progressed from property management and leasing at R&B Commercial Properties to regional management and leasing at PS Business Parks. Ms. Smith then began to actively work sales & broker services on her own. In 2010, Ms. Smith joined The Garrett Group, where she continued to gain experience in both leasing and property management. Ms. Smith then spent time at NAI Robert Lynn and Stream Realty strengthening her expertise in leasing and property management. In 2014, Ms. Smith joined Hartman Income REIT as a Leasing Agent working with their portfolio of office and industrial properties in the Dallas area. Ms. Smith holds a Real Estate Broker’s License in the state of Texas and a Certified Property Manager designation.
Ms. Smith enjoys working with both clients and the brokerage community. She loves how a transaction’s details come together to create the big picture and in turn increasing its value. Ms. Smith has served on a variety of public service positions as well as volunteering with a number of organizations.
