Crossfit Richardson Leases retail space for five years at 970 North Coit Road
- Richardson, TX, August 20, 2013: An affiliate of Hartman Income REIT, a Houston based Real Estate Investment Trust, announced today that the completion of a 5-year lease to Crossfit Richardson. Crossfit Richardson will lease 6,525 square feet of retail space at 970 North Coit Road.
