2022 CPE Influence Award for Most Innovative Corporate Strategy

Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. is the Bronze award winner for Most Innovative Corporate Strategy at The CPE Influence Awards. The award recognized the company’s creativity in launching BIZSUITES – Silver Star Properties’ single-office model that produced value to tenants and investors in the face of a pandemic.

Houston’s 2022 Landlord of the Year

Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. is Houston’s 2022 Landlord of the Year. The firm was recognized at the 2022 Houston REDnews Real Estate Awards for its significant accomplishments made in the prior year.

2022 Marcom Gold Award

The Association of Marketing and Communications Professionals (AMCP), named the marketing team at Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. as Marcom Gold Award and honorable mention winners, for outstanding achievements in video and print marketing.

Excellent Net Promoter Score From Tenants

Net Promoter Score, or NPS, is an industry standard for measuring tenant satisfaction. Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. has earned the Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 71.2 from its commercial leasing tenants, ranking it as a World Class Firm.

2022 American Marketing Association Crystal Award

The American Marketing Association (AMA), the country’s prestigious community for marketing professionals, named the marketing team at Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. as winners of the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) category at the 36th Annual Houston AMA Crystal Awards Gala.

2022 Top Platinum Broker Award

Crexi, a digital commercial real estate marketplace, data, and technology platform, named Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. as a Platinum Broker Award winner, placing the firm in the top one percent of brokers using the Crexi platform.

2021’s Top Transacting Firm in Houston

Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. was named Houston’s Top Transacting Firm by CoStar Group for closing the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals for 2021.

2021’s Most in Demand for Texas Office Leasing

Four office properties owned and operated by Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. were named as ‘2021’s Most in Demand’ for the Texas office leasing market by LoopNet.com, a subsidiary of the CoStar Group and number one online marketplace for commercial real estate sales and leasing.

Marketing Influencers in Commercial Real Estate Award

Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc.’s Marketing Department is selected as the top team for Influencers in CRE Marketing and Communications by GlobeSt. This award was won for a collection of our PR & communications work including the ‘return to the office‘ campaign.

Awarded for the ‘Clean Air Initiative’

Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. won the award for the Best Technology Pivot at the 2021 RedNews Real Estate Rewards. This award was won for the ‘Clean Air Initiative,’ which was a core part of COVID-19 risk mitigation and building improvement in 2020.

Finalist for 2021 Middle Market 50 Awards

The Houston Business Journal named finalists for second annual Middle Market 50 awards, ranking Silver Star Properties REIT, Inc. as one of the top-50 for-profit public and private mid market companies based in Houston.

Top 50 North Texas Commercial Real Estate Brokerages
