Four Hartman Properties Ranked as ‘Most in Demand’ for Texas Office Leasing According to CoStar Group

2021 Most in Demand Properties, a subsidiary of the CoStar Group and number one online marketplace for commercial real estate sales and leasing, named four office properties owned and operated by Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc. (Hartman) as ‘2021’s Most in Demand’ for the Texas office leasing market, solidifying Hartman’s standing as one of the most highly desired landlords in the Houston, Dallas Fort-Worth (DFW) and San Antonio metroplexes.

Each calendar year, awards the top 25 most sought-after office properties in every major U.S. city with a ‘Most in Demand’ ranking on its website. Winner selection is attributed to the property listings with the highest number of visitor views.

In DFW, Hartman’s three office properties, Gateway Tower, Three Forest Plaza, and North Central Plaza, were recognized on the top 25 ‘Most in Demand’ list, having received more than 345,000 listing views. Hartman’s 11211 N. Katy Fwy was recognized in Houston’s top 25 ‘Most in Demand list’, receiving 42,000 number listing views.
