Hartman Wins CPE Influence Award for Most Innovative Corporate Strategy
The CPE Influence Awards, a commercial real estate competition celebrating the year’s best developments, transactions, people and companies, hosted by the Commercial Property Executive, announced Hartman Income REIT Management Inc. (Hartman) as the Bronze award winner for Most Innovative Corporate Strategy.
On January 31, 2023, the annual online awards ceremony recognized the year’s greatest accomplishments in commercial real estate across the country for 2022. Each award winner was hand-picked by a select judging panel of industry experts for accolades in 11 different categories.
Hartman’s commercial management company earned the title of most innovative corporate strategy for its creativity used to produce value to both tenants and investors in the face of a pandemic. In 2021 and 2022, Hartman launched its new brand BIZSUITES, a product targeting small businesses seeking individual offices. Hartman recognized that office tenants needed flexibility and affordability with short-term leasing models. The BIZSUITES inception led the firm to launch 9 new office locations and set a new leasing record for the firm, having executed 558 new leases in a one-year period.
