Hartman’s Marketing Team Named 2022 Marketing Influencers in CRE by GlobeSt.com Real Estate Forum

GlobeSt Marketing AwardThe Hartman marketing team was honored by GlobeSt.com Real Estate Forum, a premier online commercial real estate news destination, as a top 2022 commercial real estate marketing team for its top-performing campaigns, digital marketing efforts, lead-generating activities, and content marketing initiatives. The award recognized the following initiatives:

1. Following the global COVID-19 pandemic, the Hartman marketing team helped tenants return to work safely and with peace of mind by creating the Hartman Promise; a re-entry plan that embodied the firm’s core values, prompted corporate social responsibilities, and exceeded COVID-19 guidelines. The campaign included blogs, whitepapers, infographics, social media posts and ads, email campaigns, flyers, banners, and education materials focused on tenant health and wellness.

2. After Texas suffered a severe winter storm in early 2021 that left thousands of residents with high electricity bills, the Hartman marketing team supported a grassroots petition for fair energy pricing, which included news interviews, press releases, and Facebook groups to help advocate for those affected, including the company and its tenants.

3. Over the past three years, the marketing team has put Hartman’s name in the news more than 2,000 times through press releases, interviews, magazine articles, and blogs. The team has made significant strides to digitize marketing efforts, including implementing virtual tours on the Hartman website and creating video marketing pieces for recruiting, sales, and leasing purposes.

4. The team also developed and launched a brand for Hartman’s new office space offering, BIZSUITES, through collateral, press, video marketing and a Facebook ad campaign that reached 24,766 users with a 12% ad recall lift rate in three months.
