PTO

The company promotes self-care, personal growth, community and church involvement, and family bonding experiences. In hopes of creating better morale and having more engaged employees, the company grants personal time off beginning at ten days a year and exceeding five weeks a year, based on tenure. Employees receive nine paid holidays along with their birthday off with pay.

 

401k and Stock Options

The company invests in its team member’s long-term financial security by making contributions to their retirement accounts. The match rate is in the top three (3) percent in the country and begins at 150% on the first 2% invested by the employee. Auto-enrollment makes the process stress free. Biblically responsible investment options are available, and the company conducts a quarterly review of plan performance. The Board of Directors has approved a $25 million stock award when we fulfill the company’s vision of doubling its size by 2025.

Health Plans

There is nothing more important than your health. We offer Minimum Essential Coverage plans with Copay and HDHP plans available along with Sedera Medical Sharing that Hartman covers for the employee and voluntary elections for spouse, children and family.

Life Insurance

We cover life insurance for our employees provided by Principal with an optional buy-up for added coverage for employees, spouses and children.

Optional Dental and Vision Insurance

A voluntary dental and vision plan provides benefits for dental and eye exams, dental work, and lenses and frames to help you and your family administered through Principal.

Flexible Spending Account

Hartman provides an individually owned tax-advantaged Flexible Spending Account (FSA) that can assist in paying for current and future qualified medical expenses funded through payroll deductions.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

Hartman provides an individually owned tax-advantaged Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) that can assist in paying for current and future qualified medical expenses for dependent care funded through payroll deductions.

Accidental Death & Dismemberment

We cover accidental death and dismemberment for our employees provided by Principal.

Health Savings Account

Hartman provides an individually owned tax-advantaged Health Savings Account (HSA) that can assist in paying for current and future qualified medical expenses.

Family Support

Our family leave program covers all new parents no matter the situation. That means that if you adopt a child, use a surrogate or need time to care for a sick parent you are covered.

Paid Referral Program

If employees refer someone amazing and that person gets hired, you receive a cash bonus for helping us improve our team.

Long Term Disability

Hartman employees are provided with Long Term Disability insurance covered at 100% provided by Principal.

Short Term Disability

Hartman employees are eligible for Short Term Disability insurance with pricing dependent on age bracket and salary.

Supplemental Insurance

Administered by Assurity, Hartman offers multiple Supplemental Insurance options such as Accident, Hospital Confinement, and Critical Illness.

Healthy Snacks

We provide an assortment of free snacks and drinks, like granola bars, fruit, and trail mix. Many of these are gluten-free and/or vegan.

Celebrations

Monthly birthday celebrations and cash gifts for birthday, anniversary, and Christmas gifts for our employees.

Tuition Reimbursement

Through our educational assistance program, our employees can continue to grow their careers with tuition assistance to help employees with their career goals including undergraduate and graduate continuing education related to their current position.

Benevolence Fund

This fund was established by our Board of Directors to assist in charity work and employee assistance when members are experiencing financial hardships including housing, medical expenses, natural disasters, family crisis, etc. The amount paid is 100% a gift and repayment is not required.

Life Coach

Hartman promotes reaching your potential. We provide individual on-site coaching, group and departmental coaching to support your personal and professional growth including goal setting, accountability, and career track planning.

Chaplains

Because we believe in honoring God in all we do, we provide our employees and their families a free chaplain service including guidance, counseling, and prayer.

Employee Assistance Program

Hartman provides an Employee Assistance Program that is available to all employees regardless if they participate in our provided health plan. The program includes, confidential counseling, coaching, health, work/life balance, emotional, legal and financial support.

Church Camp Reimbursement

Hartman provides reimbursements of up to $500 per family per year for faith-based church camp.

Christian Media

Hartman provides Christian based content and subscriptions such as RightNow Media, 2nd Vote Newsletter, and WORLD Magazine.

Fitness and Gym Benefits

Getting your mind right is often a function of your body. We offer gym and fitness membership reimbursements and free access to our on-site fitness centers.
