Hartman Income REIT Maximizes Leased Space, Renovates Property

(Houston, Texas) Hartman Income REIT Management, Inc. has completed renovations at its Ashford Crossing II location while creating more space for current and potential tenants.
During the renovation at Ashford Crossing II, Hartman focused on the first-floor restrooms, paint in the hallway, and new carpet. To make time away from the office more enjoyable for tenants, we have also redone the outdoor seating area and the tenant lounge.
Renovations were done because when Hartman initially acquired the building, there had not been any updates to Ashford Crossing II since 2015.
In 2018, alone we have welcome the following tenants to our property:

- CNE Home Health Services, Inc.

- Genesys Works
- Homeopathy Center of Houston
- Japanese Business Associate Houston
- Japanese Educational Institute Houston
- Terra Ferma Mortgage Inc.
With all the new tenants, a total of 38,266 square feet, we moved occupancy from 42.50% at the end of 2017 to 64.85% at the end of the third quarter with the potential occupancy to end the year at 70.33% with the addition of the leases closing in the fourth quarter.
