Strayer University Leases Space at Gateway Tower
Dallas, TX, January 4, 2011: Hartman FM 1960 Properties, an affiliate of Hartman Income REIT, a Houston based Real Estate Investment Trust, announced today the completion of a 7-year lease to Strayer University. Strayer University will lease 17,719 square feet of office space at 8111 LBJ Freeway.
